Will my phone work?

Any eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked phone works — iPhone XS and newer, most Android flagships since 2019.

When does the plan start?

Each plan shows its rule under “Activation” before you pay. Most start when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination; some start as soon as the eSIM is installed — install those on arrival.

Do I get a phone number?

Most plans are data-only — no phone number; calls and chats work over WhatsApp or Telegram. A few plans include minutes: type “calls” in the search to see them.

Can I get a refund?

Yes, while the eSIM has not been installed or activated. Write to us with your order reference — full refund terms.
